The present General Conditions of Sale governs all customer relations between:

These Conditions of Sale governing the purchase of products from a distance via computer from MASTERPIECE and form an integral part , are reserved to the Site Users who claim to be of age for the purposes of Italian law and wishing to make use of this service ( customer / end user ) , and are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 - 6 September 2005. Consumer Code) . MASTERPIECE meets its obligations under the Legislative Decree no. 70 - 9 April 2003 (Implementation of Directive 2000/31 / EC on certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to e-commerce).
The sale of products through the site is intended only for the personal use of Members , and not for the purpose of their professional activities . All text, images and design from products and images of the products listed on the site are protected under Law 633/1941 and Legislative Decree no . 30/2005 . The non-receipt of the "Order " confirmation within the period indicated will void the order. By submitting the order to MASTERPIECE , the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions of sale, delivery , payment, transport , shipping. With reference to art . 13 of Legislative Decree no . 70/2003 , the customer will receive by email all the information necessary to identify the seller , which is already present in the contract of sale and the order summary performed , as specified in paragraph 7 that It follows . Such documentation shall be kept by the customer.
The customer agrees and undertakes, once the procedure of buying online has finished, to print and keep the present "General Conditions", provided he does not make any changes to that information which,he has already seen and accepted as a necessary step as well as the specifications of the product, and that in order to fully satisfy the conditions laid down in art. 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree no. 206/05.
The conditions can be changed at any time by MASTERPIECE (the seller), provided that they intend to apply to the sale and purchase those published in e-commerce at the time the Order by the Customer, which is the only and solely responsible for the use of this reserved area to the final consumer in accordance with current legal regulations, in particular in filing communication of incorrect or false data and using data about third parties who haven’t given prior consent.
It is strictly prohibited to enter false data and / or invented information during registration process required to activate an account it is expressly forbidden to make double entries for a single person or to enter data of third persons . Price is indicated in EURO and inclusive of VAT, in accordance with current Italian legislation at the time of shipment, to Italy and the European Union.

Orders for non - EU countries may be subject to import duties/taxes that may be applied once the product reaches the destination country. MASTERPIECE reserves the right to modify at any time the prices published on the Site. The products apply the price shown on the site at the time of the order, without any consideration of previous offers or sales with the exception of error during transcription. In presence of an error in the price of a item MASTERPIECE will contact the customer who will have the option of reconfirming the order at the corrected price or to cancel it alltogether. In case of inability of MASTERPIECE to contact the customer, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The average time it takes to receive your ordered products is about 10 working days from the date on which the order is received and depending on the product availability. In any case, orders will still be delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) working days from the date of confirmation of the order.
For overseas delivery times may vary depending on the destination from a minimum of 5 working days from the moment of order confermation and a maximum of 30 working days.
No responsibility can be attributed to MASTERPIECE for late or non delivery due to reasons of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
MASTERPIECE delivers by courier (national or international) to the address specified by the customer for delivery. For delivery of the goods is necessary the presence of the customer at the destination. As soon as your order is complete Masterpiece will provide to the customer the tracking number, to facilitate the tracing of the shipment.
The articles purchased on the site travel at customers risk, MASTERPIECE not be liable for any loss or breakage that occurs after this time. The goods in any case will still be covered by insurance.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the number of boxes is the same as indicated on the transport document (DDT); the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered even in the sealing materials.
If anomalies are encountered they must be immediately challenged by writing on the delivery invoice “accepted with reserve” if no objection is made by the customer at the time of delivery, the customer can not make any objection about the condition of what was delivered. If MASTERPIECE is unable to deliver the goods ordered even temporary, we will promptly advise via email to the customer and if necessary refund the full amount of the sum spent no later than thirty days from the receipt of the order.
MASTERPIECE accepts payment by PayPal and Credit Cards.
Payment via PayPal and Credit Card via PayPal:
The customer will be charged the amount due upon conclusion of the order specifically, at the time of completion of the process of checking out and receiving a e-mail confirmation by MASTERPIECE.
Choosing as a payment mode, the PayPal service, the customer will be redirected to a PayPal web-page where you will be able to enter your email and password wich will enable you to make payment. In cases of purchase of goods with "credit card through PayPal", together with the completion of the online transaction, the issuing company will authorize only the amount of your purchase.it will be possible to make payments if already in possession of a PayPal account or by creating one or even without having to create any account.
The financial data will not be shared with MASTERPIECE, but will be handled directly by PayPal.
In case of cancellation or non-acceptance by MASTERPIECE, the amount will be refunded via PayPal. The amount for the goods processed, even partially, will be charged on the customers credit card upon conclusion of the order.
MASTERPIECE will not be able to know the information related to a credit card, nor use an archive for the recording of such data. No archive of MASTERPIECE retain such information and in no case MASTERPIECE will be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by a third party, upon payment for products purchased on the Site.
In case an order is cancelled MASTERPIECE will renounce the authorization obtained and release the amount involved.
The Items MASTERPIECE offers for sale are those on the site, at the date on which User consults the Website, within the limits of availability of the same. The words "in stock" at the time of the displayed product is indicative only because of the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. Therefore MASTERPIECE reserves the right, once received the order, to check the availability of the articles ordered and failing that, to promptly notify the non-acceptance, even in the presence of an order confirmation mail.in the unlikely event that this occurs MASTERPIECE will proceed the immediate refund of the amount credited.
The photographs illustrating of the products are not part of this contractual framework; MASTERPIECE therefore cannot be held responsible for any errors and / or discrepancies. Consequently, MASTERPIECE cannot be held responsible for errors and / or inaccuracies in the graphic and photographic reproduction of the products on our site, because of possible differences in representation of the product due to the resolution and to the customer's computer screen type;
- Each product is a handmade creation and as such is a unique piece, in case of purchase of bowls and glasses the picture on the site is quite similar to the product that the customer will receive, but for obvious reasons will not be identical each may contain small variations in shape, size, or colour with respect to the information contained in the video. Instead, the artworks like vases bowls are unique and differ substantially in this case the customer will receive exactly the piece ordered.
Receipt of order and order confirmation
The correct order is confirmed by MASTERPIECE via e-mail, sent to the email address communicated by the Customer.
The confirmation mail of the order will contain: the ID number, the date and time of the purchase; the indication of the products purchased, its price, the cost of deliver, the data provided by the customer for billing and delivery of the order and the payment method chosen by the customer. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions (Article 67 of the Consumer Code): the private customer (without VAT number) can, according to current regulations exercise the right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to MASTERPIECE at email@example.com within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the goods, indicating the object of the email the words "RESO". Such notice shall state the present order number in the confirmation email and invoice the goods. The customer will have to pay for the return fees of the shipment of the product/s to the sender. All products must be returned intact (with no signs of wear, scratches, nicks, deformation, etc.) complete with all parts, accessories and in their original packaging, penalty will be the non-acceptance of the returned shipment.. The goods must be returned insured. No parcel sent COD or freight collect will be withdrawn by MASTERPIECE. MASTERPIECE also will not offer refunds or returns on any custom made product based on customer requirements. After accepting and verifying the integrity and the product ,the refund will be issued within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the package to our warehouse.at and the same time a confirmation email will be sent.in case the payment is made through PayPal usually the refund will be available within 24 hours after MASTERPIECE has received the return.
All products sold by MASTERPIECE are covered by the legal warranty for defects of conformity, as per articles 128-135 Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005, any defect will be reported by the customer within 3 days of discovery. In order to claim warranty, the customer must keep the documentation of delivery and the goods in the original packaging.
It shall not be considered lack of conformity products that may contain non-substantial variations in the shape, size, colour, that are inevitable and typical of working glass by hand and is distinctive of the craftsmanship.

MASTERPIECE will also not responsible for any damages, losses and costs incurred by the Client as a result of failure to execute the contract, as the Buyer shall only be entitled to full reimbursement of the price of the articles purchased.
MASTERPIECE cannot in any way be held responsible for a bad, wrong or unsuitable use of the products sold.
MASTERPIECE is not responsible for the actions of third parties, as autonomous agents, are involved in the management or execution of payment transactions, delivery of the goods and in any other operation connected with the contracts concluded via the website.
MASTERPIECE is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties, credit cards and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased products.
MASTERPIECE at no time of the purchase procedure is able to know the number of the purchaser's credit card, via a secure connection, it is transmitted directly to the banking service.
Neither party will be liable for the total or partial non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations under this contract that is caused by an event that cannot be prevented (force majeure).
The force majeure event may include, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, insurrection, serious security Internet technical failures, unauthorized access and / or intrusion in web site server, any form of strikes , internet or telephone breakdowns.
If a part is assumed that there has been a force majeure event must notify the other Party within 5 working days of the occurrence of the event or the risk of the occurrence of such occurrence.
The parties agree to meet in order to jointly determine the terms and conditions for the completion of orders during the presence of a force majeure event.
After one (1) month of interruption due to a force majeure event, MASTERPIECE may choose to cancel orders and, where due, to refund the customer.
The sales contract between the customer and MASTERPIECE is governed by Italian law. For any disputes concerning contracts of sale between the customer (as a private consumer) and MASTERPIECE concluded through the internet website, territorial jurisdiction is without exception the courts of the place of residence or domicile of the client if located in Italy. In all other cases, the local jurisdiction is without exception the Court of Naples.
MASTERPIECE may change these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. If any of the above issues of these Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the other points of the Terms will continue in full force.
These Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements between customers and MASTERPIECE.
Any changes to the provisions of the Terms of Sale shall be effective only if in writing from MASTERPIECE and agreed in writing with the company.
